Founders Letter

I never set out to create NJ Accountability.
I never planned to build a platform dedicated to exposing oath breakers, documenting government misconduct, or auditing the guardians who forgot who they serve.

But somewhere along the way, like too many Americans, I realized something painful:

The system will not hold itself accountable.

Corruption does not police itself.
Broken oaths are not punished from within.
And the more silent we are, the more brazen those abuses become.

I created NJ Accountability because I could no longer stand by and hope someone else would do it.

Hope is not a strategy.
Blind trust is not a safeguard.
And silence is not neutral, it is surrender.

This platform is built on a simple but immovable foundation:
The law is the highest authority, not the men and women who claim to enforce it.

Public servants are not rulers.
Badges are not shields against the truth.
And uniforms do not cloak misconduct in legitimacy.

We document.
We expose.
We defend.

But we do so lawfully, peacefully, and surgically, not with chaos, but with facts, rights, and truth.

We stand firmly on the Constitution, especially the First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments.

We wield cameras instead of weapons.
We use public records instead of rumors.
We use lawful speech instead of unlawful force.

Because history shows us:
Where accountability ends, tyranny begins.

And where the people fail to watch their government, freedom fails entirely.

I did not create NJ Accountability because I distrust government.
I created it because I trust the Constitution more.

I did not create it out of hatred for law enforcement.
I created it out of love for lawful enforcement.

And I created it for my family, for my community, and for every future American who deserves to inherit a government that remembers it serves, not rules.

To those who serve honorably:
You have nothing to fear.

To those who violate their oaths:
You have everything to fear.

We are NJ Accountability.
And we will never again close our eyes and hope for the best.
We will watch.
We will expose.
We will defend.

Because liberty demands it.

And because silence is no longer an option.

Enforced by Necessity.
